Congregational Pastoral Survey Results

During the Sunday School hour on September 9, the members of the Pulpit Committee distributed a pastoral survey, asking the members of South Baptist Church what they were looking for in a pastor. Here are the results of that survey:

1. What level of education do you think a man must have completed before he would be considered as senior pastor of our church? (that is, what is the minimum level you would accept)?

2. How many years of pastoral experience would you consider as an absolute minimum before consideration?

3. What approximate age would you prefer for our next pastor?

4. Rank on a scale from 1 to 10, how important you think it is that our next pastor possess the following skills, experience, or gifts. 10 is very important. 1 is least important.
